Membership & Regions Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to support the WAGGGS Membership and Regional Support Team. We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive professional who is passionate about systems, efficient processes and administration. You will be confident working with data and information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems, and turning data into clear reports and insights to support decision-making. Strong coordination and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are essential. Experience with databases, CRM systems, reporting tools, or working in an international or non-profit environment would be an advantage.
Africa Region Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to support the WAGGGS Membership and Regional Support Team. The main purpose of the role is support WAGGGS to achieve Global Strategy Outcome 2 "Member Organisations are supported to be thriving, inclusive and deliver a high-quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting experience" by driving the Member Organisation development in the high potential Africa region. The role will support this goal by building deep partnerships with Member Organisations understanding their needs to co-create tailored development plans and providing intensive support in areas of need.

Programme Manager
We have a new opening for a Programme Manager to join the Our Chalet team. The Programme Manager leads the design, development and delivery of high-quality, safe and cost-effective youth programmes, WAGGGS events and seminars, and adventure and excursions. They are responsible for creating meaningful learning journeys that advance the WAGGGS Mission and Goals. The role ensures all programmes and activities embed WAGGGS growing and learning methodologies, including the leadership mindsets, REAL and non-formal education approaches such as learning by doing, with clear participant learning outcomes and opportunities for reflection and personal growth.
