We involve Member Organisations and the voice of girls and young women in key decisions and the development of our strategies.
We aim to increase the participation of girls, young women and Member Organisations in our work through the engagement of more volunteers from the region.
Regional Conference
The governing body of the region is the Regional Conference that brings together our Member Organisations every three years to elect six volunteers to the Western Hemisphere Regional Committee who work closely with the Regional staff team.
During the conference, senior representatives from across the region celebrate achievements of the past three years and discuss strategies for the future development of Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting.
