Our achievements

Today we are more than 3.6 million strong with members from 26 countries. Our newest member is Myanmar.

  • Membership continues to grow, despite natural disasters and political challenges in some areas. We have also introduced initiatives to increase the diversity of our membership.
  • Life skill projects supported by Asia Pacific Region benefited thousands of girls and young women in the region.
  • Friends of Asia Pacific WAGGGS (FAPW) continues to grow and have raised over GBP 800,000 since its establishment. Funds from FAPW were used to provide grants for girls and young women to attend capacity building events and for life skills projects in the Member Organisations.
