The Asia Pacific Region serves 3.6 million members in 26 Member Organisations across the region.

Asia Pacific Auction Payment

Asia Pacific Region’s Inaugural Auction Fundraising Event – WAGGGS Asia Pacific Region Auction 2023 is the first of its kind event and the first fundraising initiative of the region to diversify the fund source.

Through this silent auction we hope that many will participate in the selling and bidding process whereby profits from the sale may be shared between the seller (up to 50%) and the AP Region, or the seller can choose for the whole proceeds be given to the AP Region. Funds raised from this auction will be used to support the delivery of the Regional Action Plan which includes capacity building, relationships with member organisations and membership growth strategies.

Through events, training, publications and direct support work, we build the capacity of our Member Organisations to deliver high-quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting programmes.

Girl Guiding Girl Scouting provides girls and young women with fun and educational opportunities for developing life skills and leadership qualities, enabling them to become active members of their communities.

Where are we working?

The World Association of Girl Guides and Girls Scouts Asia Pacific Region is an incredibly diverse region. Girl Guides and Girl Scouts are found in countries spanning from Pakistan in the west to Cook Islands in the east, from Mongolia in the north to New Zealand in the south.

Myanmar Camp Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting are open to all girls and young women whatever their religion, ethnic group or background.
