Asia Pacific Regional Membership Development Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to support WAGGGS to achieve Global Strategy Outcome 2 "Member Organisations are supported to be thriving, inclusive and deliver a high-quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting experience" by driving membership growth in high potential and interested Member Organisations in the Asia Pacific Region.

Location: Homebased in New Delhi, India with part-time workstation at/ with frequent visit to Bharat Scouts and Guides and other Member Organisations within the Asia Pacific Region

Hours / Tenure : Full-time, 35 hours per week 

Contract Type: 24 months with possibility of extension

Salary / Fee: Dependent on location, experience and skills

About the Role:

The main purpose of the role is support WAGGGS to achieve Global Strategy Outcome 2 "Member Organisations are supported to be thriving, inclusive and deliver a high-quality Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting experience." by driving the membership growth in the highly potential and interested Member Organisations in the Asia Pacific Region.

About You:

The role is expected to meet the above-mentioned goal through building deep partnerships with Member Organisations; understanding their needs to co-create tailored Member Organisations development plans; and providing intensive support in areas of need to reach the growth target.
