While working for WAGGGS, volunteers, staff and others might sometimes need to use their own money and then be reimbursed by WAGGGS. By having a comprehensive, transparent and consistent approach to expenses, WAGGGS will ensure that no individual is out of pocket as a result of this work, while at the same time ensuring WAGGGS does not incur any unnecessary costs.

Every time you submit a claim, you will need to complete an expense claim form.
The first time you submit a claim (or if your details change), you will need to complete a bank details form.
