WAGGGS Centenary Project Manager

The WAGGGS Centenary Project Manager will play a key role in the success of WAGGGS and our ability to deliver value for our Member Organisations in 153 countries. Together our Member Organisations represent over 11 million girls and young women around the world. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the WAGGGS Centenary programme from design through to execution and evaluation. This role ensures the WAGGGS Centenary vision is translated into clear plans, realistic timelines, and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.

Location: London (NW3), India and Mexico

Hours: Part time, 21 hours per week

Salary/Fee:  dependent on contract, skills and location; for a rough guide, the prorated salary for UK based role would be between £20.5K- 22.5K per annum

Contract Type: Fixed term, 24 months (with possibility of extension)

This role ensures the WAGGGS Centenary vision is translated into clear plans, realistic timelines, and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.

Working closely with internal teams, volunteers, and external partners, the WAGGGS Centenary Project Manager plays a central role in keeping the WAGGGS Centenary work aligned, on track, and impactful.

About You:

You are a confident and highly organised project manager with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum, and know how to turn ambitious ideas into realistic plans and high-quality delivery.

You are skilled at coordinating across teams, volunteers, and partners, and can navigate different priorities, perspectives, and geographies with ease. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and keep people aligned and accountable.

3. Purpose, Ownership, and Delivery Mindset (Max 200 words)

The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts Centenary is a once-in-a-generation programme.
