Every year members come together to hold community events to raise awareness of good menstrual hygiene management and the impact it can have on girls’ and young women's lives.

Our periods do not stop for pandemics so due to COVID-19, Menstrual Hygiene Day is taking place online! There are so many ways to connect girls and advocate for better global menstrual hygiene for all women and girls.

How can your members join in?

1) JOIN THE RED PRIDE WEEK CHALLENGE!

During the week beginning Tuesday 24 May, join Girl Guides and Girl Scouts all over the world in completing our activities celebrating the period pride and inspiring girls to get talking about menstrual hygiene management.

Download the activities here today. You can also access the activity pack here and choose to read it in your preferred language by choosing the language option at the top right corner of the page.
