Digital Systems Assistant

The Digital Systems Assistant supports the day-to-day administration and smooth operation of WAGGGS’ digital platforms, including Campfire and the CRM system. The role focuses on user support, account administration, ticket management, documentation, and operational delivery to ensure systems remain organised, accessible, and responsive to user needs.

Location: London, NW3 or UK home based or Home based from countries where WAGGGS can contract for services

Hours: Part time, 28-35 hours per week, (four to five days a week)

Salary/Fee:  Dependent on location, contract and experience

Contract Type: Fixed term, 12 months

Closing Date: 16 March 2026 (17:00 GMT)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Systems Assistant to help keep WAGGGS’ digital platforms running smoothly and supporting our global community. In this role, you will provide user support, manage accounts, and help maintain welcoming and well-organised digital spaces on Campfire and our CRM system. Working closely with the Digital Manager and Digital Coordinator, you’ll help solve technical issues, support onboarding and training, and ensure users feel confident using our platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and using technology to connect Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world.

You are organised, digitally confident, and enjoy helping others get the most out of online tools and platforms. You have a problem-solving mindset and are comfortable supporting users with different levels of digital confidence. Most importantly, you are motivated to use your skills to support a global community working to empower girls and young women.
