Development of the Movement

The Israel Boy & Girl Scouts Federation is an umbrella organization that includes 6 scouts organizations operating together since 1954.

The main goals of the federation:

• To be the association that unites all the scout organizations and movements in Israel.
• Strengthen the state of Scouts in Israel.
• Strengthen education for social values, coexistence, and tolerance between Arabs, Jews and Druze, for state loyalty and to cultivate a sense of justice, mutual help, a truth relationships, and respect between one another with the intention of self-fulfillment.
• Assist in the promotion and development of practical scouting in the state of Israel.
• To develop and coordinate the relationships between scouts in Israel and the global Scout movements and Scouts Organizations in various different countries around the world.
