About Us:
Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting is the world’s only movement for every girl and any girl because we believe that each of them deserves to be the best they can be. Girl Guides and Girl Scouts learn by doing, make friends and have fun. In brave, local spaces, girls develop the skills and attitudes to change themselves, their communities and our world. The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts supports 153 national Girl Guide and Girl Scout organisations around the world to be united, thriving and growing.
About the Role:
This role will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across social media, website, Campfire (internal platform), and other digital platforms, and for Member Organisations while ensuring alignment with WAGGGS’ brand identity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage last-minute requests, and is adept at turning ideas into high-quality designs.
About You:
You are a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer with 3–5 years of experience, who enjoys turning ideas into strong visual stories that work across platforms and audiences. You’re confident working across digital, social, video, and print, and you are comfortable switching between formats — from social media visuals and short-form videos to templates, presentations, and campaign assets.
You care deeply about how girls and young women are represented, and you bring a thoughtful, ethical, and inclusive lens to your work. You understand that designing for a global organisation means considering culture, language, accessibility, and context, and you enjoy collaborating with others to get this right.
You’re confident using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro and After Effects) or similar platforms like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and you’re excited about using design to support a movement that empowers girls and young women around the world.
