Membership & Regions Administrator Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Membership and Regional Support (MaRS) Team and WAGGGS Regional Committees by ensuring efficient administration, systems, and processes, while assisting in the coordination of services for Member Organisations across regions, with a particular focus on the Arab, Africa, and Western Hemisphere regions of WAGGGS.

Location: Home-based from countries where WAGGGS can contract for services; preferably from Arab, Africa or Western Hemisphere regions

Hours / Tenure : Full-time, 35 hours per week 

Contract Type: 12 months, Fixed term contract

Salary / Fee: Dependent on location, contract and experience

To support the Membership and Regional Support (MaRS) Team and WAGGGS Regional Committees by ensuring efficient administration, systems, and processes, while assisting in the coordination of services for Member Organisations across regions, with a particular focus on the Arab, Africa, and Western Hemisphere regions of WAGGGS.

About You:

You are a highly organised, creative, and proactive professional. You will be supporting the MaRS Team and WAGGGS Regional Committees. You will assist in the coordination, administration and process for Member Organisations across regions.
