Recruit the most girls to register as U-Reporters and win a trip to represent WAGGGS in New York!
What is it all about?
To celebrate International Day of the Girl on October 11 and our latest partnership with UNICEF, WAGGGS is launching an exciting new competition with an incredible prize!
We know #girlsvoicesmatter and that girls are leaders! But we also know it can sometimes be harder for girls and young women to speak out or be taken seriously. When you SPEAK OUT on U-Report your voice is heard, and the more girls' voices we have, the louder we are and the bigger our impact!
The Girl Guide or Girl Scout who recruits the most girls and young women will be flown to New York to represent WAGGGS at the UN Commission on the Status of Women in March 2018. Here you will help us present girls concerns and solutions to important human rights issues collected through U-Report.
How do we enter?
To enter the competition just follow these easy steps:
@UReportGlobal or send the word JOIN to U-Report Global on Facebook www.messenger.com/t/ureportglobal to register
the word CODE to get your registration code
your friends to register & to enter your code when prompted in the registration process.
U-Report is a social messaging platform that WAGGGS uses to allow girls to SPEAK OUT and be heard on issues you care about through your mobile phones.
What is the prize?
The Girl Guide or Girl Scout who registers the highest number of new girls to join U-Report by November 6th 2017 will be invited to join the WAGGGS U-Report Manager in New York next March to join the delegation at the UN Commission on the Status of Women.
