In your country, what does a rainbow plate look like?
Good nutrition is eating a colourful ‘rainbow’ plate that contains a vibrant mix of the different food groups: Grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy, fish/meat/pulses, fats/oils - so that we get the nutrients we need to stay healthy.
For this challenge, draw what a typical rainbow plate contains.
“In my country, the Philippines, a usual rainbow plate will have rice, fish, sautéed vegetables, banana and water”. Rio, GPN Country Project Manager
