Child Protection Toolkit

It is of great importance that adults who are in relatively close contact to children and young people are given appropriate training and trust. It is not merely about looking after children and young people properly and respecting them. It is also each and every child, young person or adult’s responsibility to be aware of abuse, be able to recognize it and take appropriate action. Dealing with child abuse is rarely straightforward. The situation is often not clear-cut: that is why this kit will also focus on signs that should make one look for further explanation or analysis.
