This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our organisation working on the development and project management of our Capacity Building Framework.
This framework will develop a consistent approach, new tools, define tailored services and build stronger connections within and beyond the Girl Guiding and Girl Scouting Movement addressing their needs and achieve maximum impact of our resources.
As the successful candidate, you will have significant experience in project management as you will be responsible for scoping the project objectives, undertaking research, developing the project work plan, ensuring its implementation, tracking and reporting on the process.
You will have excellent strategic project management skills, must be an experienced project practitioner, used to dealing with programmes and dealing with ambiguity. A professional qualification in Project Management is desirable.
With a great track record of building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships and developing cross-functional working with staff and volunteers, you will embed a professional project management culture within the team.
It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of business reporting to senior level stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
What you can expect from us:
- Salary c.£15,00 - £18,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)
