About the Role:
The Digital Coordinator helps keep WAGGGS’ digital tools running smoothly and evolving to meet the needs of our global community — from Campfire, our learning and community platform, to our upcoming Customer Relationship Management system. Working closely with the Digital Manager and wider team, they’ll provide hands-on support with platform management, user engagement, training, and data insights.

This role is ideal for someone with practical experience managing digital platforms, confident in troubleshooting while supporting users, and motivated to use technology to improve processes and enhance the experience of our global community. You’ll enjoy helping others build their digital confidence, working collaboratively across cultures and time zones, and finding practical solutions that make our systems work better for everyone.
