Cambodia: Ensuring a strong and growing Member Organization

Project objective: To increase the number of members of the Association through the use of orientation sessions. The aim is to increase the number of girls and leaders by 200 each year - 150 girls and 50 leaders per year.

Planned activities:
Provide orientation sessions in five towns/villages, to introduce Guiding activities and set up new units.

Move into four new provinces per year (eight in total) and expand the number of girls and units at their current location.

This project will make a difference to the individual or the community. It will increase the number of GGAC girls and leaders. Girls and leaders will benefit from GGAC activities and their parents will be educated about what Girl Guiding has to offer.

The project was funded by Girlguiding UK through the Mutual Aid scheme.
