Performance Improvement Manager
Based in London NW3
Salary circa £37,000 per annum

What does it take for a global organization dedicated to girls and young women to have even more impact?  We want you  to help us find out! The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) has members in 146 countries, involving 10 million girls and young women.  We have well established programmes of education, leadership development and campaigns to make a difference to all girls and young women.  Through its long heritage the organisation has continued to learn and grow.

We are looking for someone to provide expertise, advice and energy to take us through the next stage in our development.  We want to strengthen our ability to plan and deliver work through a project management approach, to evaluate what works and what doesn’t work and to be able to communicate results to our member organizations (national Girl Guide and Girl Scout Associations), funders and partners.  This involves combining technical expertise with the ability to work across cultures and continents, and experience of change management.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of managing, monitoring and evaluation, particularly of measuring impact of advocacy programmes and campaigns and capacity building initiatives.  They will be an excellent communicator, able to present complex information clearly and to engage those not familiar with performance indicators and project management.
