Day 1

Seminar 2Today we welcomed our participants from Argentina, Burundi, Canada, Cook Islands, Ecuador, El Salvador, Finland, Honduras, Madagascar, Mexico, Panama, Rwanda, Senegal, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, UK  and USA.

During the morning we showed them around Our Cabaña and in the afternoon we broke the ice by playing some icebreakers with all of them and then we took some time to write our expectations for this Seminar.

Seminar 5Today the focus was WAGGGS so during the rest of the afternoon Diana Correa, from Mexico, ran sessions to talk about WAGGGS' strategic plan and the regional plans for the upcoming years. It was a very good time to reflect about from where we are coming, where we are at the moment as an organization and where we want to be in 2020.

The evening was full of rhythm. A salsa teacher came to Our Cabaña and taught our participants the basic steps. It was great fun to see everybody dancing!
