Celebrating a lifetime of service to The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts

5 June 2013

At the recent Olave Baden-Powell Society event in Lucerne, we were lucky enough to have seven former World Board Chairs in attendance.

OBPS Ex-Chairs

At the Gala Dinner on the final evening of the event, they were asked to come together as a group on stage with HRH Princess Benedikte to celebrate their joint contribution to The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. On stage from left to right were Ginny Radford (New Zealand), Doris Riehm (USA), Margaret Treloar (Canada), HRH Princess Benedikte, Kirsty Gray (UK), Helen Laird (UK), Doris Stockmann (Finland) and Elspeth Henderson (Ireland).
