Celebrating our work with Greenpeace on International Youth Day

New footage is launched today to show how a partnership between WAGGGS and Greenpeace is helping young women to build a better world, in line with the aims of International Youth Day 2012.

International Youth DayToday WAGGGS is celebrating the International Youth Day theme of "Building a Better World: Partnering with Youth" by releasing new short films showing the work done by a Girl Guide and Girl Scout who recently joined a Greenpeace voyage to promote Arctic conservation.

GreenpeaceMiryam and Yvette travelled from their homes in Peru and Ghana to join an Arctic sea voyage, to promote the environmental organization Greenpeace's new campaign Save the Arctic.
