Postal entries

Flag for the Future entries should be submitted using the online submission form. Simply photograph or scan your flag, and fill in the form to upload the digital image of your flag – it’s easy and quick!

However, if your internet access is limited you may submit your flag design by post.

If sending your design by post, you must write the following information on the back of your design:

  • First name
  • Family name
  • Age
  • Country
  • Email address and/or postal address
  • Are you a Girl Guide or Girl Scout? Yes/No
  • Explanation of your design – optional (300 words)
  • Please confirm you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions
  • Please confirm that you have parental permission to enter the competition, or that you are over 18 years of age
  • Please confirm that you agree to your design being entered into an online gallery, showing your first name, age and nationality

By submitting your design by post you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the competition.

Note: If you have run a workshop and will be sending more than one design we ask that you scan and upload your flags using the online form if at all possible, as we do not have capacity to process large numbers of postal submissions.
