Olave Award

The Olave Award is made to local Girl Guide or Girl Scout groups
or units in recognition of their outstanding community service work.

The service should be linked in some way to the belief held by the World Chief Guide to ’keep alive the spirit of service’.

At the 32nd World Conference the following countries received the Olave Award 2002-2005:

  • Brazil (Federação de Bandeirantes do Brasil)
  • Mauritius (The Girl Guides Association)
  • UK (Girlguiding UK)
  • Thailand (The Girl Guides Association of Thailand)
Congratulations to all!
